What To do if Heart Attack happen:
Don't panic if you have a sudden heart attack. Cough
quickly, forcefully and frequently, so that phlegm comes out with the cough. Take
a deep breath before each cough. Keep coughing and sighing like this every two
minutes. This will make your heart pump blood more regularly. It will provide a
lot of support to the patient before admission to the hospital. Because
breathing increases the oxygen transport in our body and the pressure on the
chest caused by frequent coughing prepares the heart for adequate and regular
blood circulation.
If someone has a heart attack, taking some measures
quickly can reduce the severity of the disease-
1) Painkillers (usually aspirin) should be administered
first.
2) Take to the hospital as soon as possible
3) Check if the patient is having trouble breathing
4) If the heart stops beating, CPR should be applied.
Ways to prevent Heart Attack:
1) Follow a healthy diet.
2) Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
3) It is necessary to exercise regularly to maintain
blood pressure. As a result, just as the blood pressure is correct, so is the
weight.
4) Smoking and tobacco products must be avoided.
5) Avoid excess stress.
