• Carry clean water from home. Only
if you run out of it on the street, it is okay to consume mineral water of a
famous brand.
• If you go to eat in a restaurant,
you must take mineral water, it is not right to drink the ordinary water
provided by them.
• Consuming street bought fruit
juice should be avoided. Most are made with unpurified, contaminated water in
stores.
• It is better to eat Coconut water
instead of roadside juice. Canned water will be useful to keep the body healthy
and prevent poisoning.
• Be extra careful if you have
children at home. Boiled water should be fed to the child.
• Eat foods that keep the body cool.
Cooking eggs, meat, oil and spices causes digestive problems in hot weather. So
take care of that.
• House filters should be cleaned at regular intervals. Many
homes do not have filters. They also need to be aware. Filters should be used
if possible. Or boil the water for a certain time and cool it down.
