We all know – regular exercise is good for our body, and it can help us stay healthy and lose weight. But we all are so busy, we don't even find time to exercise. Just your willpower is enough to start exercising. You can start slowly, and find ways to make your life more fit. It is best to try to exercise according to your age.If you can do this, you will feel better, which will help prevent or control many diseases.

What are the benefits of exercise?

● Helps in weight control: Along with diet, exercise plays an important role in controlling your weight and preventing disease. To maintain your weight, the calories you consume should equal the energy you burn.

● Reduces the risk of heart disease: Exercise strengthens your heart and increases your blood circulation. Increased blood flow increases oxygen levels in your body. It helps reduce your risk of heart disease. Besides, it reduces the risk of high cholesterol (HDL), coronary artery disease and heart attack. Regular exercise can lower your blood pressure and triglyceride levels.

● Helps regulate blood sugar and insulin levels in the body: Exercise can lower your blood sugar levels and help regulate your insulin levels.

● Helps to quit smoking: Regular exercise habit will help you to quit smoking.


Ways we can make exercise a part of our regular routine:

● Make daily activities more active. Even small changes can help us. You can take the stairs instead of the elevator.

● Be active with friends and family. Having a workout partner can make you more likely to enjoy exercise. You can plan social activities that involve exercise.You may also consider joining an exercise group or class, such as a dance class, sports club, or sports team.

● Keep track of your fitness progress. Keeping a log of your activity or using a fitness tracker can help you set goals and stay motivated.

● Make exercise more fun. Try listening to music or watching TV while you exercise. Also, mix things up a bit – if you stick to just one type of exercise, you might get bored. Try a combination of activities.

● Find activities you can do despite the bad weather Even if the weather prevents you from exercising outside, you can walk in a shopping mall, climb the stairs, or work out at the gym.
